"I’ve been a loyal State Farm customer for over 45 years, but my recent experience with this office has been very disappointing. First, a claim was filed on my homeowner’s policy without my consent. I specifically told the office I was only asking if a sewer break would be covered and that I did NOT want to file a claim. Despite this, an adjuster was sent out and a claim was recorded. No payment was made, but now I have a claim on my record that other insurance companies see as a risk. Some won’t even insure me because of it — and I’ve learned it could stay on my record for 7 years. This feels extremely unfair and has tied me to State Farm against my wishes. Second, the new auto policy billing system is confusing and frustrating. I have three vehicles with full coverage, but policies were combined without explanation. I even received a $200 bill that no one in the office could explain at first. If your own staff can’t figure it out, how are customers supposed to? I stayed with State Farm for decades because I trusted the service and the clarity of my policies. Unfortunately, this office has made it very hard to remain a loyal customer. Since all this has happened I have left State Farm and found a new insurance company. I am paying less then half of what I was paying for the same coverage. State Farm has gotten more expensive and covering less every year."
"As we discussed when the adjuster contacted you for the appointment to inspect your claim you could have withdrawn it at that time, if it were truly a mistake as you stated. When a claim number is assigned multiple notifications are sent to the customer by their preferred method of contact - call, text or email. We also sent you the information to dispute the claim report with State Farm Claims and with LexisNexis As for the new policies we also notify customers in multiple ways to ensure they are aware of any upcoming changes. You were notified for each policy regarding changes and were sent documents to sign regarding these changes. As to the billing question it did take extra research but it was explained and I was under the impression the issue was resolved. All of the changes we have been through over the last 45 years have always taken the customers best interest to heart. I am sorry we are parting ways but I feel we have communicated to the best of our ability through multiple channels. I wish you the best. Austin "

"Being a new homeowner and trying to shop for home owners insurance was extremely stressful for me especially since I’m the road and busy. I did my research and set up an appointment at State Farm in B.A with Sean to go a new policy and figure out my options, Sean explained and broke down all the differences in coverage and answered all the questions and concerns I had. When I left the office my stress level was gone, and I felt like a weight was lifted off of me. He was extremely helpful. I also visited with Jeff with car insurance, Jeff assisted with a policy that fit well with my budget and found discounts that would save me money, Jeff is a very friendly guy and great to talk to. Jody, words cannot express my gratitude long story short there was a mixup with cancellation of my old homeowners insurance policy with Farmers and my new insurance policy with State Farm, Jody, myself and my mortgage company were on a 2 1/2 hour three-way call and Jody stuck with me the entire time just to find out that my mortgage company couldn’t do anything for me because I’m constantly busy and on the road, Jody took me under her wing and followed up as much as she could, finally this issue was taken care of after a week. It has been a pleasure working with State Farm agents in Broken Arrow and I hope to continue to be a loyal customer. What to go B.A 👍🏼👍🏼👏🏻👏🏻"

"After working with Matt we agreed to start coverage 12/31 before the new system started. He failed to help and rates went up significantly. His excuse was that they left early for the holiday. That is understandable, but was not communicated. Then, I try to use them anyways because the rates are still slightly better then Allstate. Still they will not return my messages. Matt and I discussed that I had to have things finished 1/6. I won't beg for services I would be paying for. I guess they have too many customers to deal with another. I will just stay with Allstate. Thanks for wasting so much of my time and now money. I would never recommend Austin Brown's office to anyone."

"It's not often that I write a negative review. We have been State Farm customers for years with multiple policies (house, car, umbrella, other things too). Our first agent was Doris Watson and the business was acquired by Austin Brown. We have paid thousands of dollars in premiums and had only one claim on our house (new roof several years back). We recently had a water issue in our kitchen that caused $22,000 in damage. I called the local agent office and was given an 800 number for claims. I opened a claim that was quickly denied (this isn't over yet). Not once were we contacted by the agent to check on us. I called the agent office and asked for next steps. Was told I would receive a call back, that was several days ago and have not heard a word. So bottom line, if you are looking for a place that will cash your premium checks, but offer no support or assistance when needed, this is your stop. Also, check your State Farm policy close as they do not appear to cover much or want to help - they are not "good neighbors". Sad way to treat a good paying customer."
